Spinning
Research & Modernization has brought major changes to the Pakistan textile industry and spinning being the core of textile industry has benefited the most by Transforming from long-proven Ring Spun Technology to Most modern Ultra High Speed Air Jet spinning techniques like MJS (Murata Jet Spinning) & MVS (Murata Vortex Spinning). Arham weaving uses most modern state of the art spinning facilities including Rotor, Ring and Air Jet Spinning. Our highly trained professionals ensure uniform blend and smooth formation of Fiber.
Weaving
Arham weaving uses the services of extensive high tech Weaving machines with the capacity to produce fabric ranging from 110-153 Inches including Shuttless, Sulzer & Airjet looms. Our woven fabric qualities are in almost all blends like 100 % cotton, Poly Cotton, CVC 60:40, CVC 70:30, CVC 80:20 and in plain and satin weaves from TC120-TC500. We also produce heavier fabrics in weaves like twill, Drill. Duck, Canvas, half Panama and full Panama/Basket weaves. A team of competent & experienced professionals work together in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Team.
Dyeing
State of the art processing plants are used to Bleach, Dye and Print fabrics. The plants are equipped with both narrow and wider width equipment to process fabric from 150cm to 320cm. Singeing, Bleaching, Mercerizing, Sanforizing, Thermosol dyeing with Pigment, Reactive, Disperse and Vat dye options available. We have extensive experience in processing of white commercial sheets and vat dyed hospital sheets.
Printing
We can transform any idea or sketch into a design with state of the art design studio equipped with CAD system for creation and CAM systems for production. We can develop designs digitally as jpg/pdf, Mock-ups as digital prints & Fabric Strike offs for actual presentations. We have Printing capabilities up to 320 cm width and up to 16 colors.
Stitching
Arham weaving operates one of the largest cut and sew facility of Faisalabad with 200 most modern stitching machines like Juki lock stich, Blind stitch, Overlock & Double needle stitching machines. Our unit has capability to produce Sheet sets, Duvet Sets, Curtains, Patient Gowns, Aprons, Kitchen & Table Linen etc. We have well equipped units with latest machines for cutting, stitching, embroidery & quilting needs of our clients.
